002: Scot McRoberts Authentic Interview

Scot has an amazing story including the early days of starting the Virginia Council of CEOs 17 years ago and now growth in Charlottesville. It's a story anyone with a mission to make a difference needs to hear.

Scot and I first met at a Chamber event more than 3 years ago. We had an easy connection. At first, Scot was reluctant to agree to the interview because (as you will hear in this interview) he does not seek attention. But, obviously, he ultimately agreed.

In this interview, you will hear Scot's completely honest transparency about the successes and struggles of the Virginia Council of CEOs. Plus, we get a few personal questions in there too.
